I agree. NDoc wasn't designed for this. You'd have an easier time
using MS Help Workshop, or if you have a little bit of cash to spend
(under $100), I highly recommend FAR from helpware.net. It's a robust
directory-spanning find and replace tool that also has many help
utilities built in, and IMO is great for putting things (like what you
want to do) together.
I'm not a FAR affiliate, just a happy user. :-)
