Initial Comment:
I'm currently using NDoc 1.3.1, MS 1.1, VS.NET 2003 documenter.  After I build the help files and view the documentation, I always get a message box that has the following message:

Please wait while Windows configures Visual Studio .Net Enterprise Architect 2003 - English

See attached file.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
