Initial Comment:
I am not overly familiar with the HTML Help/MSDN help
insides.

I would like to be able to compile in resources
(images, rootpage, etc), and thus include files from a
directory, similar to what I believe the VS.NET
documenters "AdditionalContentResourceDirectory" option
does.

So adding that functionality to the standard HTML
help/MSDN documenter would be very nice.

Please advise if I am missing something here :)
