Bugs item #823474, was opened at 2003-10-14 16:13 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by drieseng You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=416078&aid=823474&group_id=36057 Category: MSDN Documenter Group: v1.2 >Status: Closed >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Submitted By: Rens Segaar (rseg) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Multiple static explicit casts not processed correctly. Initial Comment: When a class supports multiple static explicit conversions (casts), NDoc's tree shows these in a separate folder underneath the Operators and Type Conversions folder. It names this separate folder with a reference to the first type to which it can be explicitly converted. That is, if a class supports explicit casting to Char, Int32 and Single, documentation for all these conversion operators is put in a folder named Explicit myType to Char Conversion. This looks pretty silly, to say the least. Either all the explicit casting operators should get their own entry directly underneath the Operators and Type Conversions folder (as MS does for the .Net library reference) or the additional folder should get a more generic name, like Explicit myType Conversions. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Gert Driesen (drieseng) Date: 2003-12-30 11:35 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=707851 Kevin's patch was committed to cvs. Can you rebuild NDoc from cvs and try it ? Don't hesitate to reopen this bug report if the problem persists. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Kevin Downs (kdowns) Date: 2003-12-18 18:16 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=919791 I have developed a fix for this, and also a related problem with broken links for operators. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=416078&aid=823474&group_id=36057 |
