The code that Jonas Lagerblad originally posted has been updated and is now part of the NDOC05 project. I solved some of the issues that were outstanding from Jonas' updates and passed the code on. The latest I'm aware of (I'm not sure if it is 1.3.1 v16) can be found at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ndoc05.
