I know of an updated NDoc 1.3.1 (v16) by Jonas Lagerblad, and a version 
NDoc 2.0 alpha3r
( a few months old) by Kevin Downs. No source for the latter, just binaries.
It appears as if Kevin Downs' version is a rewrite of the original, 
according to his
comments on some MS blog. I guess everyone is waiting for him to release 
some source.
What I don't understand is that, if he has so little time, why does he 
not want anyone to help out?
