I do not know if this is already reported, the only problem I am
having right now is a crash when I do this...

1. Click the "ReferencePaths" to display the "ReferecePath Collection 
Editor"
2. Click the "Add" button and there I get an exception.

To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
