Yes, NDoc is dead. The creator resigned about two years ago. He wasn't
getting any support and user's were getting really rude (demanding
releases, asking why new versions were not available, etc.), so he
tossed in the towel.

When he sent his goodbye email, he suggested using Microsoft's tool
that was supposed to come with VS 2005.
