I've found using the Sandcastle Help File Builder makes it a whole lot more
palatable. The entire purpose of the project was to create an NDoc-esque
experience when using Sandcastle. I find it's usually "good enough" :)

I hope so. I just tried using Sandcastle and I found it to be a bit less
that desired.
