You need to consume the image in the CHM. To do this, set up an images
folder and include those images (and relative path to them from the
ndoc project file) in the FilesToInclude section of your HTML Help
Options in the ndoc project file. This will pass all listed files to
the resulting hhp and consume them upon compile to CHM.
