#209 summary not picked up from cpp

I believe that an existing <summary>...</summary>
section is not picked up out of a sample file I have
provided. Since I am using .net 2 I am not reporting
this as a bug.

DirectShowRendering in the attached file contains
directshowclsids.cpp. The attached file contains a
word document "Existing summary not picked up from cpp
file.doc" which shows a screenshot of nDoc saying
there is no summary for the method Guid GUIDs::fromGUID
( _GUID& guid )".

I originally attached the wrong sample. project is
directShowGraphManager. Problem is as stated originally.
