#189 VS Enterprise Templates Support

When using "Open from Visual Studio Solution" And
using the enterprise templates, you have to go through
and add all your your DLLs, so on a large project with a
lot of DLLs it becomes a bit of a pain the first time you
setup the tool.

Be nice to scan the whole solution opposed to just top
level projects.

So yes, you can open a project from VS, but it is
usless unless you have top level projects
