#171 Defaults for some options

It would be helpful if things such as the
CopyrightText, FeedbackEmailAddress, and perhaps a few
others were configurable at a global level for default
values. Maybe by adding them to the View -> Options
dialog?

BTW, great job on putting this software together so
far. I just started using it, but I don't think I'll
be able to go without it from now on.
