#168 Auto append 'This field is read-only.' to readonly fields

'This field is read-only.' and 'This field is constant.'
should be automatically appended to readonly fields and
constants.

For example:

Represents the largest possible value of an Int32. This
field is constant.
public const int MaxValue;
