When I run NDoc I end up with .HHK files that are basically blank or empty. They contain only a link to ndoc at sourceforge net. I really wouln't care except that the CHM files after being compiled do not always display pages correctly (primarily the contents tab). I've searched the internet exhaustively and tried some suggestions to no avail. It wasn't until today that I noticed a possible HHK connection. Any thoughts on why the .HHK (HTML Help Workshop Index files) would be blank and why the Contents tab may not display the page correctly?
