#465 FUnction name is not visible

Hi,
I try to generate MSDN2 documentation. There isn't a
name of function in page with function details. I thing
there is missing line in syntax.xslt. I try to add line
#291 <xsl:value-of select="@name" /> and documentation
is seem to be right. I try it for MS.NET version 2.0,
NDoc is version 1.3.1 v13.
