#447 VB Module

A module in VB is handled as class in NDoc (Version
1.3.1). In the documentation exists a constructor for
the module and members like

Equals (inherited from Object)
GetHashCode (inherited from Object)
GetType (inherited from Object)
ToString (inherited from Object)

But in VB you don't have access to those members and
there is no constructor for a module.

My framework version is 1.1.
