I did some more testing with 2.6.0 stable, and I ran into consistent problems. I tried many versions of ndiswrapper, right from December 15th through till the latest CVS. Everytime the driver compiles and loads without problems. It seems that receiving is also not much of a problem. However, every time I try to send large amounts of data (like scping a tar file of 10Mb), it stalls transfer after the first few seconds. Then my wireless router goes down along with the wireless interface. Any ideas on this? -- Diwaker Gupta Graduate Student, Computer Sc. and Engg. I can't understand how the ndiswrapper take down the router. So, could it be a problem with the router? Can you try with a different router? -- Giri |

If you want to stick with this router, reduce the speed and see if that works. -- Giri |
