Still trying to use the last release of ndiswrapper ...
It's OK ... with the v0.12 ... but impossible to make it running with the 1=
or 1.2 ...
Last try with v1.2 after modprobe ndiswrapper I get this :
Jun 15 00:26:17 zoot kernel: ndiswrapper version 1.2 loaded=20
Jun 15 00:26:17 zoot kernel: ndiswrapper: driver mrv8ka51=20
Jun 15 00:26:17 zoot kernel: ACPI: PCI interrupt 0000:01:00.0[A] -> GSI 20=
(level, low) -> IRQ 20
Jun 15 00:26:17 zoot kernel: ndiswrapper: using irq 20
Jun 15 00:26:17 zoot kernel: wlan0: ndiswrapper ethernet device=20
00:11:2f:2c:82:e2 using driver mrv8ka51, configuration file 11AB:1FA7.5.conf
Jun 15 00:26:17 zoot kernel: wlan0: encryption modes supported: WEP, WPA wi=
Then if I do a iwconfig I get this information ...
Warning: Driver for device wlan0 recommend version 18 of Wireless Extension,
but has been compiled with version 17, therefore some driver features
may not be available...
Where can I get the version 18 of Wireless Extension ??? I'm using a Debian=
Then if I do an ifup wlan0 ... all my PC is freezed ! :o(
Is it in relation with the version of the Wireless Extension or is it other=
Thanks for your help !
