following the 'release early' paradigm kiszka was kind enough to publish his
USB work to CVS.
I took his work as a startingpoint to get USB support in ndiswrapper working.
The attached patch against CVS got my LinkSYS WUSB54G with it's latest
WindowsXP driver up and running.
There are defenitely some bugs left in the USB code but it worked on my laptop
with my configuration :-)
As reported with some PCI cards as well, one needs to call
iwpriv wlan0 ndis_reset
once before the essid can successfully be set. Funny enough this call fails,
but afterwards an association to the access point can be established.
Please consider commiting this patch to CVS soon, so people can improve on it.
