I'm trying to get Belkin's F5D7000 to work under Debian (woody).
I've followed the INSTALL instructions fairly accurately as far as possible. However, "ndiswrapper -l" returns:
pcilib: Cannot open /sys/bus/pci/devices
Installed ndis drivers:
so I'm not sure what to make of that. "modprobe ndiswrapper" doesn't return an error, but "dmesg" displays only the following with regard to ndiswrapper:
ndiswrapper version 0.8-rc2 loaded
It doesn't give me anything like "wlan0: ndiswrapper ethernet device xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx" like it says it should in INSTALL.
"iwconfig" says there's nothing wireless going on.
Any help very much appreciated (my using Linux depends on it ;-)
