I have a wireless network card adapter, D-Link DWL-650 (rev. p).
It has a Prism2 chipset. I have tried to configure it, but i using
Kernel 2.6.5 , and there are no drivers for this version. I want to know
if this chipset is supported by NdisWrapper

I have this card--it is a Prism3 short serial flash (SSF) card. It will work with HostAP. I wrote a how-to about it's PCI cousin, the DWL-520 rev. E, here:
Pay no attention to the messages that I'm not running Linux. I need to take those down ;). Setup for the DWL-650 rev. P is similar to the DWL-520 rev. E. I worked extensively with this card (until the ipw2100 driver came out), so if you run into trouble I can try to help.
