Attached is a patch that I want people with the "slow TX problem" to
try. Please report results.
The centrino drivers' inf-files are not correctly parsed by the current
version of load[ndis]driver. The inf do however contain a registry key
that is called TxPower and is set to 40 (in my inf at least). This patch
adds this key to the builtin value in ndis.c as a temp workaround.

setting TXPower does not change anything for me w.r.t. slow transmit
rates. I can however get a 3 times better transmit rate by reducing
the MTU from the default value of 1500 to 950, thus increasing the
transmit rate from ~40KB/s to 120KB/s. At the same time my maximum
receive rate dropped from ~500KB/s to ~400KB/s ....
