I have a D-Link 520+, which is based on the ACX100 chipset. There is a Linux native driver, but it works very badly, so I'm trying to use ndiswrapper. I'm finding that the driver loads successfully and everything seems to work, but the card appears to transfer no packets. The really odd thing is that this card used to work fine with ndiswrapper. It suddenly stopped working one day, and I hadn't touched either the kernel, ndiswrapper, or the native driver. The card works fine from Windows and works badly using the Linux native driver (ping reports lots of duplicated packets!). I'm currently using the latest XP NDIS driver for the card from D-Link's website and ndiswrapper-0.10 on 2.6.8.1. Does anyone else have this card, and has anyone had any luck? What kind of information should I be looking for to find out what's happening? -- +- David Given --McQ-+ "Est brilgum: toui slimici | dg...@co... | In uabo tererotitant | (dg...@ta...) | Brogoui sunt macresculi +- www.cowlark.com --+ Momi rasti strugitant." --- Anonymous |
