Relevant specs:
-Dlink DWL-G510 determined from the Wiki list to be the Marvell chipset. Using the mrv8ka51.inf driver found in the WL-138g package recommended on the web site.
-Fedora Core 3
-Kernel latest provided by linuxant with stk16
-ndiswrapper 1.2
When installing the driver, it seems to work ok. Ndiswrapper -l says the it is installed and it looks to be working fine according to the dmesg when I do a modprobe. I can do a "iwlist wlan0 scan" and see my AP. I can set the mode Managed and not receive any feedback. However, when I attempt to set the essid, I receive an error saying that it cannot be set and then shortly after a kernel panic. I had originally been trying with WPA and getting a similar kernel panic. I disabled WPA and have an open access point and still receive the same kernel panic.
