Greetings,
I'm trying to use ndiswrapper 1.50 in Fedora 8 to use the built-in Atheros chipset based wireless in an Acer Travelmate 2480 laptop. I have no problems installing the windowsXP driver, however as soon as I do "modprobe ndiswrapper", there's an immediate crash.

Unfortunately, since this is a notebook, there is no serial console, so the best I can do is attempt to transcribe the backtrace that appears on the screen when the system dies:
