works but the key doesn't store his value.

    Works, but every time I boot the computer I have to set that the key is open. Is there any way to store this value? Thanks

      Have you taken a look at hard coding your values into your init scripts. I use Gentoo and in my init script for wlan0 I set my essid and encryption key from the script so that I don't have to set them by hand after my system has booted and I login.
