I think that some kind of menu would be useful.

The menu items (a hierarchy) could point to either
pages or sections (so that the menu grows automatically
if pages are added to the section, maybe a "published"
flag should be added to pages to stop them from showing
up unitl they are completed).

Breadcrumbs could be implemented using the information
from the menu hierarchy.
