#9 better way to handle large number of messages / relays not to IC
really this is two issues:
1) behavior of large number of messages on the stack: first, creates scroll tabs; then the scroll tabs move upwards on the stack and eventually the entire stack disappears
2) a lot of these entries may not be needed, i.e. relays to other teams, not calls involving IC; ideas to handle this: option to increase the hold time per team? option to set a team to 'ignore mode' or such, so new messages don't cause a popup?
2) maybe not a safe idea. Inexperienced operator will not notice that it is in ignore mode / increased continue time, but lulled into expecting new entry form for each entry, therefore entries might get missed. Cancel and confirm on each one is not that burdensome for an experienced operator.
