#16 actual.xml not being created

I have two different machines, one running XP, the other
NT. My automatic builds were developed on the NT
machine and everything works 100%, I transferred all
the builds to the XP machine and tried to run, but when
NUnit 2.2 is run, it does not spit out the actual.xml file
that NCover requires in order to create a report. All
software versions, paths, roles and priviledges are the
same between the two computers. Any suggestions as
to why it isn't working?
