After successfully installing the NCO 2.8.7 version i don't
find the ncea and ncrcat operators.
I downloaded it from the tar files.
Is it normal? And if not, how can i get them?

ncea and ncrcat are both symbolic links to ncra.
Thus
ln -s ncra ncea
and
ln -s ncra ncrcat
are all that you need to do.
The build system should do this for you automatically.
But, hey, that's why we make the big bucks.
