Since 4.3.0 when executing nco, the "fl_out_tmp_sys" files are maintained on the current directory, even if the command return 0 (success)… looks like we have a missing call to remove the file after the checks and creation of netcdf file.

Sorry about that, i forgot to mention that the problem only occurs when accessing opendap files with ncks with -D9… after further testing using -D8, the file are not staying anymore on the current folder, so i supposed that it's a feature not a bug…
Sorry about the wrong report. Using -D9 for dap access was a default way for me in a long time, so now i will keep -D8 to avoid the files since the msgs are the same…
