As you all know ncLog is far from being perfect. It still contains =
several glitches.

One of the most severe bugs (aka showstopper =3D=3D a bug which leads to =
a fatal program error =3D=3D crash) is related to the chat filters.

How to reproduce:

1) Start Neocron with the ncLog wrapper.

2) Ingame press F1 to bring up the chat window

3) You ll see a small loudspeaker icon right next to the different =
channels (LOCAL, ZONE, CLAN, TEAM, DIRECT).

4) click it

5) console reads eg. DIRECT chat muted.

6) click again

7) console reads eg. DIRECT chat unmuted.

8) quit game

9) run nclog

10) nclog crashes with Runtime error '5' (german: Laufzeitfehler '5': =
Ung=FCltiger Prozeduraufruf oder ung=FCltiges Argument)

Quickfix:

A) Open your console log and just delete the lines which contain the =
strings "<channel> chat [un]muted"

or

B) Open your console log, search for the string "muted" and eg add chat =
to the word clan (so the line reads "chat: CLAN chat muted"). You can =
add more or less anything, just remember that the words CLAN, TEAM, =
ZONE, DIRECT, ... _must not_ be the first word after a date/timestamp. =
You have to do this of course for every mute and unmute you did ingame.

It took me a while to find that bug as I don't use the muting feature.

or another prototype version. It will be fixed in a beta version, that s =
