#45 Separate box for constructors

I know it's not the UML standard, but it would be handy to have an extra box for constructors, separate from the methods. When I add a constructor, it gets grouped with the methods, which means I need to then shift it all the way up again. This way the constructors would be grouped together in both the diagram and the list view in the Edit Members dialog.
