#26 Manual addition to white/black lists from client application

Is there a way to manually add a number to the whitelist / blacklist files from the Windows NCID client?
If not, how difficult would this functionality be to add? i.e. manually add a friends phone number to the whitelist prior to them calling without having to edit the "ncidd.whitelist" file.
