I have downloaded NCIDpop-Win32-0.10.11.exe and applied it using admin, it installs, but when it tries to run NCIDpop a window pops up and closes, then nothing. the JAR file doesnt show as executable. what need to be done to make it executable? as I cant find instructions for doing this.
