NCIDpop 0.10.3 Released

Version 0.10.3 of NCIDpop is now available for the Windows, Macintosh, and Linux platforms. This new version supports reading incoming messages using text-to-speech.

Additionally, NCIDpop lite 0.10.3 is also available for Windows 3.x 16 bit platforms. This new version adds a help option to display supported line labels.
