#20 MQTT-Client support for NCID

Your support for Telegram was awsome but after Telegram changed things on their server it no longer works for me. The benefit of using MQTT is that it's completly open sourced where Telegram isn't. I've started using MQTT for some other devices and find it pretty slick...I think it would be an excellent fit for NCID. If you haven't seen it yet you can get the source code for the broker and client at mosquitto.org.
