NetChat 0.02 Released today. Changes include:
Variables support in protocol definition.
Overhaul of most of the state tracking code.
Translated to C++ for better state tracking.

The first version of NetChat has now been released. This version supports:
Client mode chats
Rate control
Binding to specific local IP
Specifying specific local port ranges
