[NBThelp] Is synchronization likelihood available in NBT?

Hi, everyone
    In the homepage of NBT, I found that the synchronization likelihood, developed by Stam & van Dijk (2002), is available in NBT. 
However, I cann't find any function in the current version of NBT which can be used to compute the SL.
So my question is whether the SL is available in the NBT.
