#7 HTML enabling causes weird results

When HTML is enabled in the nBB2 server configuration, posting replies containing single quotes produces invalid SQLs. The rendering of the topic does not show formatted HTML.

This happens in PHPBB2 as well, but in a slightly different way.

This isn't a showstopper, since HTML formatting is disabled by default and bbcode is the recommended way of formatting.
