#2 Cant add nBass object to a .net UserControl

A init error is thrown if an attempt to add the nBass
object to a UserControl. The object thows an
exception on the .endinit portion of the
initalizecomponent sub. if the line is removed, a
different error is thrown when an audio file is attempted
to be played saying nBass hasn't finished initalizing.
