I have a problem with instalation. I downloaded this app on my pc which doesn't have a ce windows for another device. can I transfer the zip file to the device and then instal it on the device?

For the device installation you would have to use NAVeGIS.2.0.1.9.CAB. Alternatively, you could unzip NAVeGIS.zip in any directory of the device, and make a shortcut for NAVeGIS.exe inside My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
