#192 Markdown output

I would love to use the documents generated in my site, the issue is that I have no control over a header and footer content.

I would like to maintain my site in one location.

If I would output Markdown then I can use PHP to wrap the content with a header and footer while parsing the Markdown.

This would also be handy for uploading documents to Github as they parse markdown files.
