#184 Python docstring

Hi,

Seems NaturalDocs does not handle Python's docstrings at all. If one want to document Python source with NaturalDocs, he/she have to duplicate everything, which is not acceptable.

I've started trying NaturalDocs, so I did not have a look at the way to customize it so far, but feel this feature request was unavoidable.
