    Hi,

I am working with JS and CFM, when the documentation is generated it does not
    respect the folder structure.

I save in a sub folder of the application (/_technicaldoc which is not taken
    into account accord-lying the documentation)

    /
    /_technicaldoc
    /index.cfm
    /Application.cfc
    /_css
    /_css/country_flag.cfm
    /_cfc
    /_cfc/general.cfc
    /_cfc/pkgs
    /_cfc/pkgs/users.cfc
    /_cfc/pkgs/lists.cfc
    /_cfm
    /_cfm/authentication
    /_cfm/authentication/get_log.cfm
    /_cfm/lop
    /_cfm/lop/get_lop.cfm
    /_cfm/pdb/get_maindata.cfm
    ...

    gives in the menu

    _CFC
    ...general.cfc
    ...users.cfc
    ...lists.cfc
    _CFM
    ...get_log.cfm
    ...get_lop.cfm
    ...PDB
    ......get_maindata.cfm
    Application.cfc
    country_flag.cfm
    index.cfm

It simplifies the menu structure by design. If you want it to stay more
faithful to the folder structure, open \Modules\NaturalDocs\Menu.pm and look
    for these two lines:

    use constant MAXFILESINGROUP => 6;
    use constant MINFILESINNEWGROUP => 3;

Change both values to 1 and delete Menu.txt so it generates another one.
