    I have a dir structure in unix top/natdoc/source and top/natdoc. I have a
    single file in the source dir. I am running natdocs for systemverilog. SO in
    the languages.txt I have added

     Extensions: sv svh
       Line Comment: //
       Block Comment: /* */
       Package Separator: ::
       Enum Values: Global
       Class Prototype Ender: ;
       Function Prototype Ender: ;
       Variable Prototype Ender: ;
       Line Extender: \

    whn I run naturaldocs I use the following command

    NaturalDocs -i Top/NatDoc/source -o FramedHTML Top/NatDoc/gendocs -p Top/NatDoc/proj/ -ro -do

    , it says parsing 1 file, but does not list any file in the menu.txt and only
    creates menu.html

    Filename is not a keyword, though File is. You also don't want a space between
    the keyword and colon, so your comment should be:

     * File: abc.svh
     * Description:
     * This class connects to two input analysis ports

    The full list of keywords is here.
