Steps to Reproduce
1. Download and run a fresh copy of NATO
2. observe Panel with name and description ("My Default Task Model")
3. Mouse over mysterious box like button and allow the mouse to remain for > 2 seconds
4. Mouse over each of the select widgets and allow the mouse to remain for > 2 seconds
5. Click on each of the select widgets
6. Click on the mysterious button.

Observed behavior:
No information about the nature or function of any of the widgets in the panel is revealed until the last step when it becomes apparent that the mysterious button is a calendar widget

Expected behavior:
It should be possible for the user to identify the function of each widget on the screen without invoking it. Either labels or tool-tips (or both) are expected.
