#1 Parent task doesn't suppress child
Setting a task with children to "complete" or "suspended" should override the child states since that action implies that whatever is the current state of progress of the child task, the whole task is declared finished or I don't care anymore because it is suspended and it is no longer on my radar.
Maybe this behavior should be configurable?
