#11 neural net takes 10 seconds to start in Chrome browser

In version 0.10, the subwindows appear but the debug text showing the neural node for each subwindow does not start working until 10 seconds after the page is loaded.

I expect Chrome is loading some part of javascript or the bell curve statistics 20000-piece piecewise linear interpolation is taking that long to be created. It works but is too slow.
